Dial-a-Bus is run by the Christchurch Community Partnership. A door-to-door service for those residents of any age who find it difficult to use public transport. The bus is specially adapted for the less-abled and help is on hand to assist. All journeys must be pre-booked by calling 01202 989632.
The bus can also be made available to local groups, clubs and charitable organisations.

If you need to use a defibrillator, you should call 999 and ask to speak to the Ambulance Service straight away. They will assist you in locating the nearest device, and how to use it.

FLOODING Call the Floodline on 0345 988 1188
Call the Environment Agency incident hotline to report:
• damage or danger to the natural environment
• pollution to water or land
• poaching or illegal fishing
• dead fish or fish gasping for air
• main rivers blocked by a vehicle or fallen tree causing risk of flooding
• flooding from any river, stream, canal, natural spring or the sea
• incidents at Environment Agency-regulated waste sites
• illegal removals from watercourses
• unusual changes in river flow
• collapsed or badly damaged river or canal banks

If you’re experiencing a power cut, you should call 105. Do not call your electricity supplier. Electricity suppliers sell consumers energy and are not responsible for power lines. Calling 105 is a free service.
